Account terms

Quiet Capital offers custodial SOL accounts and native staking when the terminal is online. Deposits wait for Solana finality. Staking and withdrawals require wallet authorization; withdrawals go to your sign-in wallet. Unstaking requires network cooldown. Returns are not guaranteed and you can lose capital. USDC lending and membership discounts are planned. Simulations have no monetary value.

Sign-in proves wallet ownership without transferring funds or approving spending. Wallet control gives access to your account. There is no email or password recovery.

What we store

We store your public wallet address, alias, timestamps, hashed session tokens, preferences, goals, financial and simulation activity, transaction references, stake positions, routing receipts and security events in PostgreSQL on Railway. No real name or email is required. Sessions use a mobile/desktop label, not a full browser fingerprint.

Authentication challenges contain a nonce, address, purpose, domain and expiry. They work once; expired challenges are deleted periodically. Sign-in signatures are not retained. Financial authorization signatures stay with their approved operation. Authentication never requests balances, chain history, private keys or seed phrases.

Why we store it

Records keep your account consistent across devices and preserve activity. Essential HttpOnly session cookies last up to seven days. A five-minute cookie binds sign-in to your browser. Temporary hashed rate-limit keys prevent abuse. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics are used.

Service providers

Quiet Capital and authorized hosting providers process account records to run the service. Hosting providers also process network metadata needed to deliver requests.

NEAR Intents receives your asset pair, amount and privacy choice for quotes. Funding routes also include destination and refund addresses. Preview quotes move no funds; sending assets to a funding route starts execution.

Your controls

In Profile & security, edit your alias, export records, sign out other devices or delete your account. Device sign-out and deletion require a fresh wallet signature. Custody accounts need operator closure and reconciliation before deletion. Financial records are retained; backups follow the hosting provider’s retention schedule.
